Lemon Pepper Dill

Lemon Peel,  mixed Peppercorns, Onion, Garlic.  Dill weed,  Dill seed, Coriander seed, Caraway seed,  Parsley, Cumin Seed, Red Pepper flakes , Oregano, and Citric Acid.

*Perfect addition to any fish dish.

Mediterranean Lemon Pepper

Lemon Peel,  mixed Peppercorns, Oregano, Basil,  Parsley,  Garlic,  Spearmint. Onion,  Rosemary,  Bay Leaf,  Fennel seed,  Red  Pepper flakes, Cumin Seed  and Citric Acid.  

*Try adding a pinch to your rice while it's cooking.

Mulling Spices

Cinnamon chunks, whole Allspice, whole Cloves, , Dried Orange Peel,  whole Cardamom seeds.      

*Make your own mulled cider or wine.  Just add, heat and serve. 

Orange Cranberry

Dried  Orange peel & dried, unsweetened Cranberries.

*Try a pinch on pork chops, sprinkle in your sweet potatoes.
